1. How the word Holocaust has been so trivialized, The word has no more meaning or impact on people today.

1) When Elie had a of his little sister that he had never spoken about, we found that insightful because he cried and he couldn't cry because he had no more tars to cry anymore. He was also angry that he couldnt get to save the children.
ReplyDelete2) When Oprah had said that God silence and the worlds silence. That made him angry because he believed in God and God did not help save them from this problem.
3) When Elie was in the hospital and Oprah was talking to him, he was meant to say that every second counts. You can not waste any time and you can not give time to others that do not matter.
4) People knew about the holocaust but not the whole world. How did the whole world not understand this and not know that was going on throughout Auschwitz.
5) The last line in the second article was that he wanted to do something with his life. He wanted to do something to impact a life. He should really just enjoy his survival.
