Section 2 Perspective Journal
Share your best sentence from the perspective journal you just wrote on pages 17-37. In your comment, start with which character you are writing as, and then type your sentence that you feel best shows their thoughts and feelings as well as their character. If you included any profanity, star it out (***) when you type it in the comment (remember, we always have to think about our audience and purpose in writing...).

ReplyDeleteI hate this place a lot but George is gonna get me a puppy, he's always yelling at me. Especially about the purty wife of curly's I don't think she's a bad person.
As Lennie and I walk in the ranch we ran into this older man while he was sweeping he told us that we were late and he pointed us in the bosses direction.
ReplyDeleteThen a pretty lady came in looking for Curly, It was his wife she was a “slutty” woman thrusting herself towards me and George like she wanted us to touch her, But overall was a nice lady.

ReplyDeleteCurley’s wife is a tramp and she is the type that is jail bait and Lennie not knowing any better would try and get with her.
I can't wait for me and Lennie to collect our pay so we can get out of here and pan for some gold so we can make some real money and buy that farm we've always wanted.

ReplyDeleteCandy, the old man that works here and showed us the place where we are staying, said that for Christmas last year brought a gallon of rum for everybody to share here, hope Lennie doesn’t messes everything up because i want that rum.
